"Location is perfect! Walkable to so many sights. Room is clean, very spacious 32sqm with facilities (kitchen, couch) unlike a regular hotel that you would find in Paris. I stayed over a week, and I really enjoyed the fridge, boiler, Nespresso machine, iron, smart TV with Netflix, open space to even do my indoor exercise and so on. The room is also considerably quiet compared to other typical Paris units. Toilet unit is also separate from the shower area which can be useful if 2 pax. Shower area feels newer, clean and tidy. I was communicating with Nicolas, who was kind to provide me access to the laundry next door, and allowed me to keep my luggage till the evening. I would definitely come back."

"The bed is a bit too soft and sunken in. Could be improved. The window tint also makes the room slightly dark. The biggest difficulty is the staircase and luggage. It is on floor 1.5 (in between floors on a tiny spiral staircase) and the elevator can barely fit my 2 luggages without me. This is normal in many Paris apartments though, but just be aware."
